This instrument is designed to work with liquids containing sugar, to control the sugar concentrations in food and drinks. Allows to its users to check the "maturity" of the fruit, the sugar content of fruit juices, wine, tomato paste and etc.
It is very easy to use this instrument: you need to add a drop of liquid in the lens of the unit and look through the lens at the light. The result will be shown on the scale.
